Life and Leadership coaching is about YOU getting unstuck. It’s about you discovering more of who you are, what you want, and how to get moving on it! It’s not therapy, but it’s therapeutic. It’s not leadership management, but it does involve learning to be a healthy leader.
Some don’t want to go to a therapy session or talk with a pastor. That’s ok. There are alternatives. Throughout history, tribes and groups of people have turned to others within the community to talk about matters of the heart.
Life coaching is about YOU deciding to get your life back in order. It’s about listening, reflecting, digging deep, and figuring out some options for you to get UNSTUCK. It’s about you flourishing and living the life that’s calling to you.
I have a unique perspective. I had to deal with my own childhood and religious trauma growing up. As a person of color (not playing the race card here), I’ve had to learn how to navigate certain spaces and learn how to speak up for myself. As a chaplain in the marketplace, I’m also aware of dynamics in the workplace with managers/leaders. As an educator (Masters Degree and soon to be Doctor!), you get the experience of learning from different frameworks. You get the experience of a wounded healer who is ready to listen and be a part of the healing and wholeness process.
Life Coaching // I may be a good fit for you if you’re looking for:
*direction in life
*someone to help you understand and make sense of how your past is impacting your present, and how to navigate for your future
*to dive deep and explore what’s next for your life
Leadership Coaching //
For leaders, I’m not a management consultant. If you’re looking for ways to optimize your department or grow your business, I’m not the right fit for you. I’m the person you connect with when you’re struggling to make sense of where your leadership health. Your leadership health will impact all the managerial aspects of your work. Your leadership health will help you create capacity so that you understand why it is that you want to lead in the first place.
